Navigating uncertainty: how do PE teachers respond to competing institutional pressures?

Little is known about how PE teachers respond to the particularities of certain institutional pressures. Such knowledge needed start a discussion on external expectations are managed by teachers, who in turn make internal adaptions (e.g. change teaching elements, schedules, feedback models, work teams) that create organisational principles. insights might ultimately help shed new light origin unintended consequences arising from policy transformation. In this study, I explored pressures embedded implementation answering following research question: What types responses multiple logics can be interpreted teachers’ narratives implementation? utilised an approach analyse data collected 16 semistructured interviews with Swedish teachers.
